March 2012 Campaign Featuring Eddie Redmayne and Cara DelevingneView recent Burberry Collections on London Fashion Review Blog Here at London Fashion Review Blog, we were very excited when these images for Burberry’s March 2012 campaign landed in out inbox. The campaign, shot by legendary fashion photographer Mario Testino, sees British model Cara Delevingne and rising British actor Eddie Redmayne, continuing on as the faces of the iconic heritage brand. The sleek, playful images show that tailoring is a big focus for Burberry in 2012 – their modern selection of sartorial tailoring, with the signature Burberry British attitude, features close fitting silhouettes and fabrics inspired by the quaint English town and British countryside. The pieces are made from exclusive fabrics developed in London, produced in English mills and hand cut and tailored in Italy with over 100 tailors involved in the construction of each piece – for example over 40 pressing processes take place in the construction of the jacket, with 20 during the construction of the jacket and a further 20 once finished. The stunning pieces pictured in the campaign are available in store now.
And now for some behind the scenes action…
Thanks very much to Burberry for the images, be sure to visit the brand’s official website, here.
